Fight Club and Bueller??

When I first watched Fight Club last week I was already aware that Tyler was a figment of imagination; I have watched too many "Top Ten Plot Twist" videos on Youtube to have been able to escape this one. Maybe to keep myself intrigued or maybe to just see how creative I could get, I began thinking of conspiracy theories about the movie. Aside from Dupin and the narrator, the only other mainstream literature or film I saw which had some ideas of an alternate personality is Ferris Buellers Day Off. Essentially, I thought what if Ferris Bueller is a prequel to fight club. It would make sense because Fight Club takes place in the future and also the narrator of Fight Club investigates car crashes. So what you may ask? Good question, if you remember Cameron crashes his father's Ferrari at the end of the movie, so maybe there is some link. Additionally, while the Narrators name is never addressed in Fight Club it is also not not addressed as Cameron. I venture to say Cameron is the boyish character of the Fight Club Narrator and Tyler Durden and Bueller are all in the mind of the Narrator/Cameron.
